The Books I Bought This Weekend!!!!

I swore I was not going to buy anything... but then I saw Clockwork Princess in Wal-mart and it called out to me.  So... I couldn't just ignore it.  Then I went to B&N and got three more... yes... I am a weak weak woman...

The first three I have been DYING to read, but I'm taking a chance on the last one... I don't read Zombie books, but it looked good, so I took a chance.  It's the first in a series, and it was an impulse buy as I was standing in the check out line.

I'm excited!!!!  I love it when I have a great book weekend!!!

I have been wanting both of these books since they came out!!  By want, I mean salivating over them everytime I see them!  Next one on the list of many TBR's is Touching Eternity!!!  I decided to buy Touching Smoke in support of Miss Airicka who was having some issues with a disgruntled fan.  Flutter was a spontaneous buy when I saw it was also $.99!!!! What I'm reading now!!!

                           

Yes... I am reading two books at the same time.... again!!  City of Lost Souls... OMG!!!!  I get more in love with Jace with every book, and I'm rooting for him and Clary to be together without anymore problems!  Plus, I want to see Sebastian get what's coming to him!!  I seriously hate that guy!!

Eve, I just started yesterday, and was really upset when I couldn't find Once at Barnes & Noble when I went the other day!!  REALLY UPSET!!!!!  From the first chapter it's got me hooked, which is always a great sign for me!!

Now on to #4....

My cousin and I are now on Book #4 of The Mortal Instruments series!!! I've heard good and bad about this one, but still can.not.wait to read this!!!  City of Glass had me reeling... to the point I want to read it again right now!!

Love the fact that Clary and Jace(sigh..) are together now, and can't wait to see what happens with them!!

City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare

My cousin and I are now and book two, and OMG!!!!  We got through City of Bones in about a week if not sooner then that, and are about halfway through this.  Can I say OMG again?!?!?!

Also, I have found someone to replace Edward... it would be Jace.  I.love.him!!!!

Can not wait until we start City of Glass!!!

Getting Ready to Start....

These are the next two books on my reading list to start reading!!  I've already started Anew and will be starting Rapture in the next few days for my book club with my cousin!!  There are only the two of us, but it is so much fun talking about books with someone finally!!

I'm excited, but I'm always excited about starting new books!  I'll be sad to read the end of Rapture as it's a great series!  I still haven't been able to read the end of Breaking Dawn... just because I love it so much!!

Torment by Lauren Kate

This is the second book that my cousin and I are reading for our book club!  I'm almost half way through it, so I'm thinking I'll be buying Passion today after work!!!

Love this series so far.... Daniel is swoon worthy.... but I'm also liking the bad boy Cam....

Divergent by Veronica Roth

I went out on Friday for a girl's night, and we went for book therapy at Barnes & Noble.  I saw this, and my friend bought it for me as a birthday gift!  This is one book that I bought on someone's opinion, and I'm really glad I did!!  I've just started, and I love it so far!!  The only thing that pissed me off, was that I was too sick to read it last night!

When Jessica tweeted this was on sale for $.99 on Amazon, I just had to buy it!!!!  I've already started and I love it!!!  Can't wait to finish!!1

What I bought yesterday!!

I had seen this the other day when I was in B&N with my HB.  I went back yesterday and bought it.  I couldn't resist!!!

What I found in my Kindle yesterday...

Was so excited to see this downloaded into my Kindle!  Can't wait to start it!!!  Totally forgot that I had preordered it at the beginning of the month, that it made my morning!  Love starting the morning with a new book!!!

Added These to my Library!!

I've gotten to know both of these amazing women on Twitter!  Raine, I consider one of dearest friends, even though I have never met her!  I'm reading Foretold at the moment, and I will finish it!  I'm so hyper focused on my writing right now, that reading is on hold at the moment.  I've gotten so much great advice from Raine regarding my own book, that at times, she is a lifesaver for a really hard scene that's giving my problems!  She was the one who gave me the final push to decide to write my book!

I feel so blessed to have met both of these awesome women!  Angeline has offered me so much support and given me advice on writing, and been just plain sweet to me!  I never thought that when I decided to publish my own work, that I would get support from such amazing people!  These two women are such great people, and I feel blessed to know them!!

Can't wait to start both of these books!!!

I finally bought it!!!

I went to BJ's and checked to see if they had it.  To my absolute happiness, they did, and I grabbed it!!  I'm so happy, as I've been wanting this since I've heard about it.  I love this author, and love the Mortal Instrument Series. 

Can not wait to start this book!  I love it when books make me this happy!!!!

The Iron King and The Iron Daughter

I broke down and bought these... along with the two ebooks that go with them.  Love that one of them was free!!  Wasn't expecting that, and I love it when that happens!!

The Iron Knight by Julie Kagawa

What pisses me off with this... is that this isn't the first book in the series like I thought when I bought it.  It's #4.  So, now I have to buy the first one before I even start this one!

Sigh... oh well... from what I read on the inside cover, it's a really good story.

So, I'm going to go and buy the The Iron King, and start reading that.. after I'm done with Foretold.  I am going to finish it!  I'm just so focused on my writing right now...

My new additions....

I have a serious problem... I really do!  I have a book obsession problem!  I saw these and had to get them!  What am I to do when I get an ereader at some point??  I have so many physical books as well as the books that are in my computer. 

I saw Matched awhile ago, and thought it looked like a good read.  When I saw there was a second book, I had to get it as well.  I read the first few pages and was hooked... a good sign to me.  These will be on my review list, once I'm able to start them.  Can't wait!!!

Steve Jobs Biograghy

I'm not a biograghy kind of person.  I don't usually like to read them, as I find them a bit boring, and totally not what I usually read.  This one, I had to get.  I have always found Steve Jobs to be an interesting person, and this is the closest I'll get to finding out about him.  What made him tick, so to speak. 

So, it may not be next on my list of books to read, but I will be reading it.

Since I've just finished Central, this is next on my list.  A little bummed, because it's the last one in the series, but I am so looking forward to reading it!!!

I finally got it.....

I was at Wal-mart yesterday, and saw this on the shelf... and I had to physically stop myself from buying the other two.  Man... I have so many books, and very little time to read them.  I'm just really happy I bought this, as I've been wanting it since I downloaded the widget on my first blog!!  Seeing that alone, made me want to read this book!!

When I'm done with Saraqael's Daughter's Trilogy, I'm starting on this trilogy.  Hey... I never need a reason to buy a new book!!
