THE REVIEW
I really enjoyed this book! I thought Dean was one of the cutest husbands ever!! When Olivia tells Dean she wants to be courted again, he makes it his mission to romance her all over again.
Things are made harder when he's gone to Italy to head an archealogical dig, and causes him to be away from Olivia for longs periods of time. Thankfully the two of them figure out ways to keep each other company despite the distance.
Dean is also facing the aspect of losing his teaching job because of an allegation made against him by a student. Olivia knows it's all a lie and stands by Dean for support.
While Dean is in Italy, Olivia receives a check from a person she hasn't seen since she was a child. A pretty hefty sum. Professionally, she is at a crossroads in her life. She's working for her friend, Allie, who has a bookstore that is closing it's doors, and a few other odd jobs. With the support of her husband, she and Allie open a business that targets both children and families. She's nervous, but she knows it's something she knows she wants to do.
Dean offers to help, but she knows this is something she needs to do for herself.
I loved this story, because it's about a husband and wife who fall in love with each other all over again. Dean proves more then once how romantic he can be, and there are a few good one liners in this book. I love his nickname for her: Beauty... my heart sighed everytime he called her that!
They love each other completely, despite having a few bumps in the road. It shows two people who are committed to not giving up on each other, no matter what hardships they are dealt with!
