THE REVIEW!!

I really liked this book!  I loved Kenzie, and I felt for her more then once!  She meets Hunter when she's ten, and the crush for him remains for year.  When she tells him how she feels, he breaks her heart.  Thinking he doesn't feel the same, Kenzie turns to Dominic.  At the beginning, they have a great relationship, but when Dom goes off to college he starts changing.  She doesn't know why, but she suspects he's not being entirely honest with her.

At her twin brother's birthday party, Hunter is flirting with her like crazy.  She doesn't know what to think; she still has feelings for him and he's made it known they can't be together.  Her brother's would kill him, plus the friendship means too much to him to risk it.  She's first understanding about it, but soon gets frustrated.

When she and her best friend Hailey go off to college, she grows closer to Hunter.  Dom is acting weird, and won't give her any reason why.  She knows something is going on.  What's worse is that Hailey and Hunter know something about him.  Neither will tell her what it is. 

It is at a party that the truth about Dom comes out.  Her brothers are there for a visit, so the situation gets quite heated.  Kenzie is heartbroken about what she fins out, and is beyond angry with Dominic.  Hunter takes this time to console her, and help her through the heartbreak.  This is when Kenzie decides to take some time to herself and think things through.  She knows what she felt for Dom wasn't true love; that is what she felt for Hunter.

While she's still reeling from Dom's betrayal, Hunter tells her his true feelings, and she's both overjoyed and confused.  Overjoyed, because he feels the same for her as she does for him, and confused because he knows her brothers are against them being together.  Unfortunately, her brother Mason has makes it beyond difficult for them.  Because of him being so against them being together, it causes problems for Hunter and Kenzie.  She believes she's lost him again, and he has chosen her brother's over her again.  

With the help of Hailey, she and Hunter are able to spend some well needed alone time together.  This causes tension between her and Mason, but there are other circumstances that make her terrified of losing Hunter forever.

I really loved this story!  I thought it was incredibly endearing at times.  I found that I could relate to certain parts in the book more the I thought I would.  Hunter.... now he was yummy.  Despite being as ass for a short period of time, he proves to Kenzie that his love for her is absolute.  In her time of desperate need, she's surprised to find that he's there for her when she so needs him to be.  He's loved her for so long, he knows her better then most people.  

Dominic surprised me.  Despite hurting her, he proves that he will always be friend when she needs him to be.

I loved the friendship between Hailey and Kenzie.  Friends since childhood, they are there for each other no matter what.

I thought the end of this book would be predictable, but I was wrong.  It went a totally different and surprising way, which had me screaming out in surprise!  Literally!!  

Honestly, I can not wait until the second book comes out!!
